Holy War

We are reading this book as a family on Sunday nights. This book is about how the giant, Diabolis takes the town of Mansoul over from the king, Shaddai and how the son of Shaddai , Emmanuel, takes the city back. Diabolis takes away all of the city'swillpower, it's leaders and puts them into subbmision. This book is a good christian read, as are all of John bunyan's books are and I would very highly recommend this book as an inspiration to everyone.

Silverwing

This is a book about a young bat newborn named Shade from the Silverwing colony. When the roost of the silverwing colony gets burnt down, and the silverwings journey south to Hibernaculum for the winter, Shade gets blown away in a fierce storm and must find his way to Hibernaculum, while evading two evil jungle bats and only with his mother's sound map and a lifelong friend that he meets along the way. It is a good read that I would highly recomend and I read alot.

Watership Down

This book is one of the best books that I have ever read. It is about a rabbit named Hazel and his brother Fiver. Fiver predicts danger when he sees a sign (even though he cannot read). The master of the warren is to stubborn to listen so this is a story of how Hazel, Fiver and a few others flee the warren and go to find a new home that is safe. they meet many dangers along the way but the rabbits perservere. The book is split into two parts and is a book that I would highly recomend.
